Good tent, no electricity
Booked a Tenthuisje for a weekend. The tent was spacious. No electricity, as expected. Had a decent stay with the kids. Liked being away from screens.
Nice break, needs better communication
I booked a 'Weekendje weg bij de boer' in France, a Glamping Frankrijk experience. The Tenthuisje met hottub was great, and the kids really enjoyed the Dieren voeren beleving. It's a good concept, being in nature and without elektriciteit was actually nice. My only gripe was getting specific directions to our tent from the main farm area; they were a bit vague. Also, the Boerderijwinkel products were a bit pricey for what they were. Overall, a solid 4 stars, but could use clearer info on arrival.
Fun family glamping
We went for a Familievakantie with the kids, stayed in a Tenthuisje met eigen douche. It was pretty cool, cooking on a wood stove was a new experience. The kids loved feeding the animals and the Buiten spelen. It felt like a real escape from home, just what we needed for a few days. The whole vibe was super chill.
